Subject: [alt-beam] Re: Gearmotors
Another source for the BG Micromotors is Herbach and Rademan. Listed as
their "Auto Zoom/Auto Focus Lens" assembly, part number TM98OPT3202.
Each assembly contains 2 of these motors. They also listed the motors
individually at a slightly higher cost for 2 than what they charged for the
assembly.
I bit the bullet and ordered 2 assemblies at $29.95 each. When I received my
order
, cool optics by the way, the shipment included their new catalog which now
lists the
assembly for $39.95, $10 more !!!! I guess they wised up :^(
