Yah, I've seen those at the Twin City Robotics meetings. A Person
there was using them for a sumo robot. I suppose he figured the
low RPM would mean more torque, but there was another problem.

The large o-ring used as the "tire" had too small a contact with
the floor and would just spin when he had another sumo pinned.
*No traction at all*

You definitely won't want to use them as wheels with the
o-ring on them....
