Subject: [alt-beam] Re: stiquito & solarengine?
The Stiquito platform does not lend itself to solarization. It uses a tripod
gait which, although very stable, is not very energy efficient. MarkT used
nitinol to propel the bots in his Nitecrawler series. This series is described
in "Stiquito: Advanced Experiments".
