No reason to throw in the "deluded", but otherwise correct.

Mac users typically use binhex encoding when sending binaries. PC users
typically use uucode or MIME/base64 encoding when sending binaries. Most
mail programs give you the option of choosing the encoding format for
attachments, so if Mac users remember to uucode or MIME encode, then no one
should have a problem with their attachments.
