Subject: [alt-beam] Solar Cell source
Well I got to test one of the cells today.
here are the specs
.5 volts (terrible!)
200mah
2 5/8 X 1/12
ran a pager motor under a halogen light, also turned
the BG micro gear motors, but not as well as the pager
motor.
Soon I will have the bigger cells, specs are
3V
100 mah
3.5 X 2.5
I guess these would make for great solar walkers.
probably a price increase on those however, the .5
volt solar cells are 4.25, the other cells could be
more (8-10 dollar range???)
