THANX!!! the aluminum can be found at any warehouse hardware store. got
mine at LOWES. you can get flat or angle. drilled 9/64 holes and used #6
machine bolts (round head) used small scrw drivers and metal bits. A vise
is a must.. but hard not to scratch the metal...
the aluminum is suprisingly light it weighs less than a 1/8 welding rod of
same length.

I plan on it! but that rod is a booger to bend! there is a sharp bend in
the middle underneath where it attaches to allow for a screw that attaches
the assembly to the servo... I have a picture but i don't wanna get
blasted again!

WOW!!! Thank you! Really, i just wanted something sturdy that would put up
to my abuse... i hope Lotus II or III will be fully inclosed! Gotta
really watch for shorts though.

yeah, but in the servos I have my Plasti-Dipped H-Bridges and they arn't
too pretty... not sure i want them visable, looks like a black glob.

Great idea! i'll practice on some black floppy disks first!
I'll have more pics when i get my tactile sensor on... you gotta see this
thing reverse! really kewl.
Thanks and i'll send ya a few more pics.
