Isopropyl alcohol works decently and is really cheap too. Use al old tooth
brush to scrub the board. Just be careful not to rip things loose. The
best stuff is a universal cleaner and degreaser. Maybe you can find
something at auto parts store. Read the package and see if it will remove
fluxes.
