What about simply testing with a regulated supply? Its clear that you can
effect the timing (a little) by loading (biasing) the cap to resistor junction
of the Nv, even with a rock-solid 5 volt supply.
Isn't this the 'two way' feedback transfer after all?
Do walkers with regulators not have the adaptive gait behaviors?
