The "eyes" are actually the viewfinder of a photographic camera that had, I
believe, automagic focusing. They look cool however... does anyone know if
Mark was ever successful in actually using them as an integral portion of
the robot? Doesn't Spyder have IR control like the device described in the
patent -- is some part of the viewfinder used for that? Anyhow, I have
doubts as to whether or not the "eyes" are functional otherwise.
