I'm Almost a local IRCOP on AfterNet. It's a nice little quiet network,
there is a channel service bot, and if anyone needs help, there is almost
always someone there. But, if any users are a problem, we will get rid of
them. Since it is a small network there is a lot less lag.
If people are interested in using Afternet as a more private network, we
could vote on it or something.
