This is a bit like what our new "SunSeeker" headbot does. When "aligned" at
its target, it blinks a pair of the tiny LEDs we carry. This power can be
rerouted to another purpose, like driving a motor, or storing power in
another cap. I haven't done all the experimenting that I'd like to do with
it, but it's coming along.
Sorry for the delay in releasing the kit/plans/schematic with this. We're
somewhat undermanned this month... Hopefully I can throw something on the
scanner pretty quick.
