Subject: [alt-beam] Re: Potential Walker Motors at http://www.allcorp.com/
They are much like Mac Eject motors from what I understand.
Also, I hate to break it to you, but $7.50 IS CHEAP for an electric
motor. The BG Micro deal has spoiled the people on this list to think
that $4 a motor is normal. That BG Micro deal was amazing. A special
deal, and they have said they don't expect to get any more. To tell you
the truth, $20 is the average price of a good motor, so yes, The Omron
motors are VERY cheap.
Get over the BG Micro deal!!!
I spend $17 for each motor back when all electronics was selling them.
The annoying thing, was it was a fair price. I would like to have had it
lower, but you can't force a good deal. Also, these BG Micro motors are
actualy Manufactured by Nihon Mini Motor Co. for those who don't know.
