Yep

It doesn't take very long to coat it and if I miss a spot I just add a
second layer. Just make sure you don't mess with it while it drying. I
usually hold the circuit by one of the leads and add the glue after I'm
done I rotate it so the epoxy doesn't start to run. After it's hard
enough to not run I just let it sit until it dries.
