Well to give you an example of how efficient escaps are.... I have a
solaroller the uses a small non geared escap with a small freeform
geartrain and a standard 24x33mm competition size solar cell I got from
solarbotics (3300uf cap). Now the good part! This thing will run
continuously in sunlight!! I have yet to mess around with it and see how
fast I could get it to go.
