Subject: [alt-beam] SE comparisons
Hi List,
One of the points the solarbotics holy war brought up was the use of FLED SEs
over Sun-Eaters. I, personally, used a FLED SE for my first 'bot based mostly
on it's simplicity but, I'll admit, likely also because it appeared "more BEAM"
than anything else I've seen.
Now, however, I'd like to get more serious, and find an efficient SE design that
will likely become my staple. With this in mind, I am hoping to start a thread
to hash out the pros and cons of the choices available (1381, SuneaterX, etc..),
and any thoughts or preferences would be greatly appreciated.
