Yes. I do understand. I have been in business for 12 years now, I know how it
works. I also know that pricing is based on competition. If you have none,
the sky is the limit. Competition also promotes growth through inspiring new
approaches and methods. I think the growth problem may be attributed to the
attitudes of the customer base. In this whole passage, you, as the customer,
have not defended your interests, but the interests of the retailer. That is
an example of those little quirks unique to BEAM. If we were discussing any
other business except Solarbotics, you would be ranting about your rights as
a consumer. That is a little odd. I, or someone like me could be offering you
parts and kits at half the cost of Solarbotics if we chose to, but you don't
care. Again, that's odd. I see a bias here that may be the true culprit in
this growth issue.
