Subject: [alt-beam] I have OTU's to trade for BG Micro Motors
I have 6 OTU's and would like to trade for some BG Micro Motors.
Three of the OTU's were made by TELECHRON and are stamped with S1. Two of
the OTU's were
made by GE with the same markings. The TELECHRON and GE OTU's are IDENTICAL.
The input shaft diameters are exactly the same as a pager motors shaft.
I also have one OTU that is the larger brother of the smaller ones at about
1.5" in diameter.
It is stamped H3 and also made by TELECHRON. Its input shaft is somewhat
larger.
All of these OTU's have what appear to be brass gears inside. All exhibit
excellent compliance,
and all, including the larger one, are identical from the outside to those
shown on Solarbotic's
web site. Once the main drive shaft is removed from the gearbox in
preperation for mounting a
motor, the gearbox is only about 1cm high !!
