Hello,

To make sure it isn't the electronics you could change the capacitor-values
of the suspended bicore, so that they are different. That way the circuit
is less sensitive to noise, but the duty-cycle will stay 50%.
Do you use a master(suspended)-slave bicore? If so then only change one
capacitor of the master to decrease noise-sensitivity.
