Steve, I have been having the same problem, I think. It is the problem of
a slowly rising voltage not being enough to start the FLED, I build my bots
at night and never does the FLED se work when I build it because the voltage
doesn't rise fast enough with my light. I have to wait till morning and
sunlight.
Oh, wasn't a penny enough? };-)
