Subject: [alt-beam] WCRG followup... sort of...
Well... I just got back from the Western Canadian Robot Games. Darn 3 hour
drive... (hehehe, at least I didn't have it the worst :). I think it was
pretty neat, but unfortunately the only BEAM robotics competition was the
sollarroller competition.
Solarbotics had a booth, and was showing off their cool beambots, and I
FINNALY got to see someone else's BEAM bots in person.
Unfortunately, I didn't finish my 5 motor walker in time, so I didn't bring
it. Next year, I'm hoping to compete in the Sumo, and also to bring some of
my better BEAM Bots.
Of course, Ian will probably have pictures etc. up of the event, and a more
detailed description when he gets back, but I just had to add my comments.
