Um, I realize that you'd have to scale it properly and change all the colors
to solid black, but why can't you use:

In fact, I've never understood why so many people make such a mystique about
the hextiles when an example of the two most important such tiles have been
on the net for months -- in other words, go look at:

BEAM Heretics Site: Electronics: Bigfoot Discussion - What is in it, What do
you think?

which you can find at good old http://www.serve.com/heretics

Of course, if I were THAT desperate I wouldn't freeform it (too delicate &
fussy, takes relatively special skills) or try to make a board based on what
is a fair rendition of the hextiles. I'd go to Radio Shack or equivalent
and buy one of those IC PCBs, solder a 14 pin socket onto it, put in
capacitors, resistors and jumper wires according to the article noted above
(or one of the schematics at one of the fine sites people have produced) and
then add the chip and test it. The only skill you'd need then would be
soldering and the result is a fairly small board. I'd guess that
construction time ought to be less than 1 1/2 hours if you are VERY careful.
