It's hard to find commercially (ie: single-sheet quantities). We have to
get our manufacturers to dig it out from their suppliers.

You may have better luck looking for "multi-layer PCB", which is used in
boards with more than 2 sides (ie: the top & bottom), like some computer
motherboards.
