Subject: [alt-beam] beam snake
just sending from this address because my geocities account isn't working, for chius contest i'm building a combination snake (or solar caterpillar) and butterfly.
For the snake bot i'd like to know just how to control it, i'd like to make it phototropic, my first design ideas utelised independent photovore circuits.
Next for the butterfly, its essentially a photovore with wings that will interact with the catrepillar as it has an IR beacon, i'd like to make it chirp like a cricket once they come in contact, has anyone got a simple circuit to do this?
