Hi Chiu,
That's why there is a 1F supercap. The voltage is supposed to vary between
Vt+ and Vt- of the 1381. (Something I picked up from Bolt, I think). However
what you suggest is a good idea for smaller storage caps and easy to do by
increasing the 1381 hysteresis 8^).
