It's always a good idea to first put on paper what you want to
achieve, and then look for / design circuitry and mechanics to fit
the specs. Starting with a circuit and then hunt for problems to
fit your solution tends to be less effective.

If anyone described the task this `head' is supposed to perform, I
missed it. Perhaps it is to be a sun-tracking `flower'?
