Subject: [alt-beam] Possible source for gearmotors?
Hey everybody!
Before I rip mine open, has anyone had any experience with the motors use in
those camcorder tape-to-vhs tape adapter things? They seem to have a nice,
quiet movement, and seeing as they operate for quite a long time on a couple
of AA's, they've gotta be pretty efficient. Although I'm not really sure how
much these things cost if you were to buy them seperately, mine came with a
camcorder. Hey, while I'm at it, I'll rip the camcorder to technoscrap, I
hear they have some pretty nice motors :).
