Yep I have! I got myself a radio controled "UFO", well really it was an 36"
foil envolope balloon filled with helium with two small duct fans on the
bottom mail order from some company in canada (shipped to england) for about
50 quid.
All I did was connect its two fans to a photopopper, glued the solarcell to
the top and tie it to a bit of thin fishing line (trust me the line IS
needed) and my "UFO" was soon flying arround on its own.
Sorry, I can't remember what the company was called but I do remember they
had a website (I will send you the URL as soon as I find it)
