It means 2.2 MegaOhms.

The manufacturers sometimes abbreviate by substituting the exponent (Mega,
or kilo, or micro etc) for the decimal point.

so 22k becomes 22.0 kiloOhms.

And 2k2 becomes 2.2 kiloOhms.

And sometimes they will write 0k22 for 0.22 kiloOhms, but usually they just
leave it as 220 Ohms.
