You don't mention transistor type, but the attached pinout diagram
may answer your question.

Click on your preference (frames or no frames)
Click robots (from the Nav menu in frames, or the end of the page in no frames)
You'll see the thumbnail to click for BORIS
The old Xoom page is still up, but nolonger updated.
The controller was pretty cool, but I zaped the 74HC14 from static. I
didn't have time to try to desolder it, so i re attched the old hand
heled push button controller. 30 minutes, and I was finishing it up in
the car while headed for the TV studio!!! Talk about Murphy's universal laws!!!
