For the most part as long as it is under 1/2 watt and does not interfere on
a licensed or government chanel, it'll be cool. Just go down the radio dial
and find the local stations. Unused frequecies are open. For the most part.
THere are other laws, but it's more of a as long as nobody complians you'll
be ignored. Government stations are normally in the 3GHz and up. I seriously
doubt you'll be playing in super high power or frequency.

Check with your local government agency that controls broadcasts. The FCC
rulings are pretty useless if you live in Abu Dabi.
