Sure! It sounds great!
The only problem being that I live in a little backwater called Australia,
where 1381's are about as common as Kwik-E-Mart's (ie. only found on TV and
mailing lists).
I've been looking for some 1381's for ages, but have never actually found
any. I guess I could order some from the USA like I did for my capacitors
and pager motors and solar panels, but I think I'll wait until I need
something else as well.
The diodes and resistors were there only because that was the only thing I
had that would work efficiently as a latch.
