_Almost_ their only advantage! They are VERY reconfigurable. You can turn a
stock OTU into anything from a 6:1 to a 3600:1 gearmotor just by selecting
which shaft you want the pager motor to drive. Love'em. Take a bit of
patience to configure, but well worth the effort. Too back about the gears
having to be exposed, tho. That's what kills them the most - debris
contamination.
