All resistor values are just a blind guess!!!

C2 - 470 pF
C3 - 3.3 pF
C4 - 1 uF/16V
R1 - 10K
R2 - 47K
R3 - 1K
T1 - NPN common type such as
BC 108 or 2N2219
Coil - Diam. 6 mm 6 windings/ 1 mm thick wire
