IE has very spotty Java support, IE5 is better but not much. Microsoft wants
people to use J. Which they say is the same as Java that Sun stole from them
even tho it was released first. Well they used to. I think that stopped. Try
Netscape, Opera or Neoplanet.

Then again you might have Java turned off


Tools|Internet Options|Advanced
Java VM (between Http and Multimedia)
Check Java Console enabled
Check Java JIT COmpiler enabled


Note: This is on IE5. I suggest the upgrade if you wish to stay with IE. It
works a lot smoother. Although I prefer Netscape. I can get rid of the
annoying brands, that are so popular.
