Yes I have a schematic. Yes, it's destined to die without becomeing
reality. As I said, I'm talking about this as a discussion in the limits
and applications of non-programmed approaches, I have no interest in
building it.
I am however, considering modifying it and building tag-bots. This is of
more interest to me, and can be done quicker due to not needing the
additional mechanics of a ball handler, and needing ten times fewer
robots! :-)
Were I to do this, I'd probably make a physical requirements standard
that is easily specified and built, such that it could allow for other
people to make competiting bots, however I really doubt anyone would.
I'd just post to the specs "for the record" :-)
