Sounds like it just needs to be tuned. You need to turn the screw head on
the pot (blue thing). Turn it all the way clock-wise (until you hear it
click) then turn it counter clock-wise a few turns at a time until the
opposite motor starts to turn. Then just fine tune it until it move
strait towards the light.
