Depending on your definition of efficient, I don't know if I'd recommend
the pump you're talking about. There are, if I remember correctly, two
pumps listed. The one I tried was a small (very cheap plastic) white one.
The motor on it is very junky and it did a fair job with 3-6 VDC but I
doubt it is powerful enough for any sort of application other than model
railroad applications. I used mine for a halloween fountain/punchbowl,
green goo pouring out of a skull ;).

They are inexpensive however.
