Subject: [alt-beam] Personality
Oh well, I thought I'd better throw in my bit.
I'm 36 (at least I'm not alone in the old age stakes, I was getting
worried reading all those ages), married with 2 very small children who
are into everything around them.I live in Poole, Dorset, UK which is a
beautiful seaside town. I have built a few robots, only one of them had
a CPU ( anyone remember the 8085). I've been following the progress of
BEAM robotics for the last 2 years after reading an article about you
know who in Scientific American. I'm currently stock-piling components
for a building session when the kids are less of a handful.You people
across the pond don't know how lucky you are to have such a wide choice
of component sources.
