OK, there doesn't seem to be much else going on, so I'll add to the pile.
My name is Tom Mairs, I run a small technology consulting and design company in
Penticton, BC, Canada. I am 32, married, and have one son, Alexander, who will
be nine in August and is quickly becoming a better bot-builder than I.
I've worked in a variety of tech positions for the past 20 years, had one of
the first Altair 8800's and built my first bot when I was 7. I work about 80
Hrs a week and try to spend my weekends 5 pin Bowling, Water and Snow Skiing,
Snow Shoeing, Fishing and Camping.
I discovered BEAM about 2 years ago and have been hooked on it's simplicity
ever since.
