Subject: [alt-beam] Personality


Hi
I am Darcy Dueck and am from Red Deer, Alberta. [That's a province in
Canada, for all you uninformed Americans.(A little joke of ours in
Canada.)]

I am 16 years old in grade 11 attending high school. My main hobbies are
Watersports (wakeboarding, kneeboarding, etc.), going out with friends
and building robots.

My roots of robot building date back to when I was around 6 and built
electric train layouts and designing circuits to automatically control
the trains. It has escalated to buying old VCRs and other crap to
salvage parts for robots. Some of my projects include, but not limited
to: Autonomous sumo robot that competed and got 2nd in the 1998 BEAM
games in India; a 1381 based solarroller that got 4th in India as well;
several mousebots that have my trademark of a bicolor LED that have
different purposes in life; and other little timewaster robots.

I think it would be great if someone could compile all of these
personalities and stick them on their web page.
