There could be a URL for a complete FAQ in html, including links and
pointers to basic electronics info. There could be a second URL
for that FAQ as a compressed package or set of packages, in the
case of a multi-part FAQ. And a third URL for a file with just the
changes since the last version.
Then someone could make a cron-job out of automatically posting
just those URLs every week.

Would that help?

I just asked a well-known search engine to find "+BEAM +FAQ".
Top of the list:

1. BEAM Robotics Tek - FAQ
The BEAM Tek frequently asked questions page
URL: people.ne.mediaone.net/bushbo/beam/FAQ.html
Last modified 6-Jan-99 - page size 39K - in English

And lots more.

Best,

Steve
