Yes I am 100% sure these can be modified. How do I know? I've already
removed the AC motor that was attached and removed the small brass gear from
that motor. Now all that I am selling is the Actual gearbox itself. There is
a nice wide hole at one end where you put your motor that has the brass gear
attached. Just line up the gears and viola, it's a modified gearhead. Yes
these definitly can be used as Gearheads.
