Discussion pops up about these once in a while. They're called Peltier
devices and when electricity is applied to them, they pump heat from one of
their surfaces to the opposite surface. Conversly, they produce electricity
when their is a temp difference between the two surfaces. Sounds great right?
A heat eating robot. Unfortuneatly, the power to weight ratio of Peltier
devices is horrific. You'll never find one with enough power to drive a motor
which will move it anywhere.
