Yesterday i replied to Ian's email "Before you reply", but now that I look =
over what I wrote, it has a tone that I was not intending. I don't have any=
problem with newbies (in fact I enjoy them). Nor do I have problems with p=
osts that are a little off topic. The questions that I don't like are the u=
neducated ones that lead to longer-than-should-have-been threads. My apolog=
