Eh heh heh heh that's fun stuff huh? I figured out how to "safely" do
it:
1- put the screwdriver/discharger (whatever your using - make sure it's
insulated) back on the terminals for a couple seconds after it scared
the hell out of you the first time
2- put it in water!
I havent had any problems yet, but make sure you know what you're doing!
