I have thought of this as well. So many newbies ask questions that are
easily answered by a quick stop to a site or two. Something weekly or so
should go out with the rules (keeping list to beam-related suff, etc) and
more importantly, sites that answer certain questions ie. such and such a
site on basic tutorials.
