Grip the weight (not the motor) in a clamp, a pair of
pliers, a workbench, etc. With a pointed tool, a small
nail, or something else that will work, tap the top of
the motor shaft to knock the motor out of the weight. I
believe that there's a page somewhere with a lengthier
explanation, but I don't remember where.
