Well, I just hope you're not going to try and tell us that a given
sized "Gro-Lite®" uses any more money than any other tube in the same
fixture.
Leaving them on continuously, or at least half the day, as with indoor
gardening or a terrarium, will use a bit of power. The lights which
*really* chew power, and I keep seeing at garage sales, are the big ones
which seem to be used by certain enthusiasts in indoor/ hydroponic
gardening ;-)
