This intrigued me, and this evening I got around to a little test;
one of the prototype SunEater_III's at 60cm below a 16W
fluorescent, all other lights off and dark outside. It isn't much
light, so the charge cycle is long, but the `bot is definitly
moving about. I see no reason why a Panasonic Sunceram should
absolutely refuse TL pipe light, though a warmer light source might
be preferrable.
