Subject: [alt-beam] BiCore Head Problems

I just finished a BiCore head, and theres a problem. I turned it on, and
there is no movement, and the CD74HCT240E get hot. I am using two cells from
the inside of a 9 volt battery, which would be 3 volts. I am using a servo
from BG Micro and the picture of the scematic I used is here

figure out the soloution to the problem?
